Thank you for visiting my blog today!
I am so excited about this card! As I was pulling stuff together I was worried it would be too cluttered, but now that it's done, I love it!
The circles and heart in the corner are cut from my Cricut Lacy Labels cartridge, and I embossed the large on with 'the Dvine Swirls folder. The middle circle is a bit bigger than I had wanted but I think in the end, it all worked out :)
I typed out and printed the sentiment since I didn't have any in my collection that suited the theme.
There is a small silver gem where the diamond ring should be. I really wanted to highlight that area but my original idea wasn't going to work, so that is when I decided to put the heart behind their hands and the gem in the ring box.
I spun up some of my roses to place around the card, and included the larger red one that I had made a few days ago for my Valentine table decoration. There is a red pearl embellishment in the center that gave me quite a bit of trouble getting in there...seems the opening was just a little too small for the pearl...but I shoved it in :)
I added some glitter to the hearts and roses and it was all done! What a sweet card! So love it!
