Funky Birthday Flowers

Thanks for dropping by today!
We have a brand new challenge starting for you at Tuesday Throwdown.  This week we want to see your projects that feature black, white, plus 1 other color!  Our fabulous sponsor is MHK Designs and they have provided us with some amazing images to use.
I did things a little different than I normally do for my card.  Usually I stick to the same boring rectangle shape with the same detailed layers.  But for this card, I decided to cut it down a bit and have my flowers flowing off the top.  And I majorly rounded the opposite corner!  Definitely not my typical style, but I really love it!

I colored up the Funky Flowers from MHK Designs in black and red.  Then fussy cut them out and mounted them with some foam tape along the left edge of my card, which I did a little bit of soft ink blending with a shade of red to help add some more detail to that corner.

Heat embossed my sentiment and mounted it onto a black mat and then scattered some enamel dots around everything!  Pretty simple, but I love it!

Hope you will join us this week!
Thanks so much for visiting! <3
